5 of the best from September
What a way to kick off peak season! These dreamy weddings, the longer days, and markets chock-full of sweetly perfumed flowers – we’re here for it all. See you in October!

ONE – Inspired by the bold colours and scenic grandeur of the iconic Mediterranean coastline, Daisy and Josh created their own Midsummer Night’s Dream at Circa 1876 at the beginning of the month. Both eclectic and ethereal, their palette of periwinkle, baby blue, ivory, and sunshine yellow was also a gentle nod to contemporary country living. Cosmos, fluffy, full-headed ranunculus, delphinium, and delicate sweet pea featured heavily in this wild garden setup, as did an array of white ceramic bud vases, citrus fruits, and lemon-toned taper candles. Bright and fresh!

TWO – We’re calling it now: sage is THE hue for Spring 2024. JMFS newlyweds Nikki and Rafael did this earthy aesthetic justice – and then some – at Peppers Creek Barrel Room & Chapel, adding draped white linens, muted greenery, and twinkling fairy lights to the venue’s natural timber and sandstone backdrop. They also happen to be two of the most engaging and friendly humans! A huge thank you to them for choosing us and an equally huge and heartfelt thank you to all the talented Hunter Valley wedding creatives who helped bring this cosy and elegant vision to life. Keep an eye on your insta feed for more highlights of this epic event…

THREE – Another day, another beautiful Pash & Dash elopement (with florals and styling by JMFS, of course!). It’s always a privilege to be involved in these romantic celebrations, and we literally never tire of seeing pics that capture every intimate, flower-filled moment. Emily and Lucas’ gallery is no exception.

FOUR – Oh, don’t mind us… we’re just here gushing over a glowing review from August bride, Annabel. We never tire of receiving these, either!
‘Working with Jade and her team was effortless. From the initial consultation to the florals and styling on the day, they were phenomenal. Their attention to detail, patience and genuine care was very much appreciated – they have totally outdone themselves! It was so special seeing my vision come to life. Thank you for going above and beyond. I can’t recommend JMFS enough!’

FIVE – A fun sit-down with our accounts guru, Jen, is now live on the Wedding Journal. She’s an OG team member and the indisputable backbone of our little flower family. Her favourite big-day tradition? Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue.
Very soon, we’ll be posting detailed breakdowns of a couple of recent JMFS floral and styling setups that blew up our socials too.
