Natasha and Nathan: Wedding budget breakdown

News

At Jade McIntosh Flowers and Styling, we appreciate that many of our lovely couples can experience a bit of trouble when it comes to gauging wedding costs. There are lots of moving pieces! While we’re admittedly a little biased and firmly believe that flowers and styling are ABSOLUTELY a non-negotiable for your big day, we also understand that there are lots of other elements to consider when making and sticking to a budget.

With this in mind, we thought it would be helpful to give you a real-life sample as a guide (and we’ll continue providing these breakdowns on our Wedding Journal in 2024 and beyond). Natasha and Nathan’s baby blue hues at Peppers Creek have captured most of the attention on our social media in recent memory, so we’ve chosen to share detailed pricing of their pretty pastel set-up below. The newlywed’s classic ivory and ‘something blue’ aesthetic was everything!

Natsha and Nathan spent a total of $5,406.00 on the following:

Personal flowers

  • 1 x bridal bouquet

  • 1 x bridesmaid bouquet

Ceremony

  • 2 x full flower arrangements on freestanding textured round plinths

Reception

  • 7 x single roses in Oak Lab sand vases for venue’s high barrels

  • 3 x low table arrangements in Oak Lab sand vases with luxe tinted phalaenopsis orchids and roses
  • Cake florals
  • Furniture hire, including 20 x white bar stools, 2 x French provincial lounge sets, 1 x coffee table and jute rug

This price is also inclusive of delivery, set-up and pack-down fees.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re thinking of something similarly dreamy for your wedding. We’ll always work within your budget x
