Lucy and Harry: Wedding budget breakdown

At Jade McIntosh Flowers and Styling, we appreciate that many of our couples can experience a bit of trouble when it comes to gauging wedding costs. There are lots of moving pieces! While we’re admittedly a little biased and firmly believe that flowers and styling are ABSOLUTELY a non-negotiable for your big day, we also understand that there are lots of other elements to consider when making and sticking to a budget.

With this in mind, we thought it would be helpful to give you a real-life sample as a guide (and we’ll continue providing these breakdowns on our Wedding Journal throughout the year). Lucy and Harry’s coral peonies and other pink beauties were a breath of fresh air this past spring, so we’ve decided to share detailed pricing of their romantic setup below. How sweet is the flower girl crown?!

Lucy and Harry spent a total of $6,242.46 on the following:

Personal flowers

  • 1 x bridal bouquet
  • 2 x bridesmaids’ bouquets
  • 1 x flower girl crown
  • 1 x flower girl basket and petals
  • 1 x throwaway bouquet

  • 2 x textured floral arrangements on white pillars

  • 3 x table arrangements with peonies and roses, Oak Lab stem vases, travertine pieces and taper candles
  • 1 x bridal table arrangement
  • Fairy lights
  • 1 x hurricane candle cluster with petals for fireplace

We’d love to hear from you if you’re thinking of creating something similar for your wedding. We’ll always work within your budget x
