Madeline and Lachlan are not only ridiculously photogenic (as the May issue of Britain’s most prestigious fashion magazine attests), they’re also genuinely lovely people. The joy they radiated on their wedding day was palpable – infectious, even – and the team at JMFS loved being a part of such an elegant celebration.
From their intimate ceremony to a lavish outdoor marquee reception, the newlywed’s vision was clear – minimalist styling with maximum impact. We’ve never seen so many perfectly ruffled white roses, nor have we put together a bigger Moet Champagne tower! Brushed gold cutlery, layers of crisp ivory linens and seasonal flowers in delicate bud vases tied this dreamy aesthetic together.
We’d be lying if we said we weren’t also a little bit obsessed with Madeline and Lachlan’s epic wedding cake. Two tiers, elaborate buttercream piping, set atop a pair of tall ribbed plinths, and complimented by a pretty ground floral arrangement in classic monochromatic shades. Heaven.
