In our experience, it’s very normal for couples to feel anxious and unsure about wedding costs. There are lots of elements to consider, after all! While we’re a little biased here at JMFS, believing wholeheartedly that flowers and styling are DEFINITE non-negotiables for such a special milestone, the team also understands that making – and sticking to – a budget can be tricky for those planning their ‘I dos’. With this in mind, we thought it would be helpful to provide another real-life sample as a guide.
Jess and Adam proved that ‘classics’ are classic for a reason with their elegant monochromatic wedding at Spicers Guesthouse this Autumn. Ivory flowers (hello dahlias, hydrangeas and gorgeous garden roses en masse!) were chosen with intention, as was the couple’s handful of simple-but-impactful styling elements. White acrylic ceremony plinths, silk latte ribboning, fluted pillar candles, and the most divine cream parasols complimented their clean and minimalist aesthetic, while natural stone and marble accents created depth and added contrast. Editorial-worthy heaven!
Admittedly, these beautiful newlyweds had a sizeable budget for their wedding florals and styling. If you love its look and feel but don’t have the same funds to allocate, that’s no problem – the JMFS team is always happy to work with you and can scale back/make swaps when needed!
