Georgia and Jake met as teenagers 10 years ago and have been inseparable ever since. Their beautiful love story is what many of us aspire to – a strong partnership that’s modern enough to survive the times but old-fashioned enough to last forever. They’re effortless together, so much fun and the real deal. It was such an honour for us to help bring a vibrant floral vision to life on their special day. Nothing could wipe the smiles off their faces (or ours!), even the sudden downpour of rain just minutes before the start of what would have been their outdoor ceremony.
It was important to Georgia and Jake that their wedding be exactly how they wanted it to be and not terribly traditional for the sake of it. Their happy celebration definitely was just that – a little unconventional but incredibly memorable and personal. They even treated guests to a champagne toast mid-ceremony and had a “flower man” to entertain everyone and make the processional truly one of a kind!
Their reception was just as dreamy, with masses of muted dollar gum, crisp white linen and twinkling candlelight. A neon sign was a playful finishing touch!
