They met at a party, which is perhaps a little ironic if you ask Sophie and Daniel since neither considers themselves extroverts or avid partygoers. On their wedding day, however, this beautiful and always-smiling couple excited everyone’s interest (including ours!). We were so honoured to work with them and witness such a joyful and uplifting love story.
For us, Sophie’s bouquet was the standout. It heroed pale pinks, peaches and nudes, and muted native greenery. A single artificial freesia was added in memory of Sophie’s grandma, who sadly passed away prior to the wedding.
Vibrant pops of burgundy were intricately placed throughout Sophie’s bridesmaids’ bouquets, emphasising the elegance and richness of their wine-hued dresses. These luxurious chocolate oncidium orchids also complemented the groomsmens’ ties and featured in a pretty halo for the flowergirl.
The idyllic, tree-lined pathway and surrounding fairytale-like gardens of Circa 1876 were the perfect backdrop for Sophie and Daniel’s intimate ceremony. The historic charm of its farm-to-table restaurant also lent itself to a picture-perfect evening. An array of curated candles provided twinkling light and a little theatre at their reception, and the textured flower garlands added lots of romance too! It was a night of making incredibly precious memories.
Congratulations to Sophie and Daniel! It was an absolute privilege for us to be part of your big day.
